The "New" HomePath

Remember back in the wild, wild west days of lending when HomePath loans required no appraisal and no mortgage insurance?  Yeh, that's not happening again.  Sorry.

But the "new" HomePath ReadyBuyer program might get your buyer $3,000 to use toward his closing costs.  Better than a sharp stick in the eye, right?  Buyers must complete an online homebuyer education course (at a cost of $75) before you submit his offer.  Buyers will give their real estate agent a copy of their course completion certificate.  And the real estate agent will include the certificate when making an offer on a HomePath home.
