Tall Ships!

If I had the opportunity to re-write my "Reasons to Move to Port Townsend" list, there is one item I would add:  tall ships.  When I see those graceful ships gliding across the bay, I can't help but fantasize about pirate adventures and centuries past.  These pictures were taken Saturday, May 22nd, on Port Townsend Bay.  The Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftan were ending their day of sailing.

Not surprisingly, there was something about these ships that enticed me to play with the "black and white" and "sepia" settings on my camera.
